The Kinsey Cup returned for its second year in 2025, bringing together the ice hockey community once again to honour the legacy of Darryl Kinsey. Taking place on Sunday, May 4th at 5pm at the Ozone in Bracknell, the tournament was a heartfelt tribute to a much-loved teammate, friend, and competitor who was sadly lost in 2023.
More than just a game, the Kinsey Cup is a celebration of Darryl’s passion for hockey and the deep connections he built within the sport. Former teammates, friends, and fellow players will reunite on the ice in his memory, sharing stories, laughter, and competition — just as Darryl would’ve wanted. As it grows into a cherished annual tradition, the Kinsey Cup continues to keep his spirit alive at the heart of the hockey community.
